1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the FitFido mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FitFido allows users to track pet nutrition, meals, medications, weight trends, veterinary notes, and access general AI-powered wellness insights.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, violate laws, interfere with functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.

5. Medical Disclaimer

FitFido does NOT provide veterinary advice. All information is educational only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FitFido a license to use that content solely to operate and improve the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content and code are owned by FitFido and protected by law.

8. Third-Party Services

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. FitFido is not responsible for third-party services.

9. Subscriptions

Optional paid features may be offered. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and governed by Apple’s policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

FitFido is not liable for damages or pet health outcomes resulting from App use.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for misuse.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
